It is time for the Fall 2023 “Wild at Heart” Boot Camp!  This is your personal invitation and challenge to consider stepping out into deeper waters from just being a member of the “Good Guy Club”, to consider stepping away from the comforts of “churchianity” for a brief moment.

Boot Camp is a weekend getaway for men to get real with God in preparation for the daily battle for His Kingdom!  The purpose of this email is to give you some details so you can be praying about your possible participation.  Danny Mills, Chris Beabout, Ed Aksztulewics and I would love to have you with us for our sixth time hosting the event.  This is an invitation to “get out of the boat” (of comfort) and walk on water!  Please see the information below, pray about attending, and then let us know if you have any questions or if you wish to attend.

What: “Wild at Heart” Men’s Bootcamp – based on the book by John Eldredge

When: Evening of Thurs, Oct 12 thru noon on Sunday, Oct 15 (3 full days)

Where: Camp Eagle – Rockspring, TX (roughly 2.5 hr drive – I will provide the final attendee list for potential carpooling)

Cost: $200 / person (don’t let this be a deterrent.  If money is an issue, let us know) – this includes food, lodging, and meeting room for the entire time.  We offer scholarships.  Sign up and we will make it work!

Commitment & Preparation: Pray about it.  If you are reading this, God has already put you on our hearts.  If you sense God telling you to go but feel the commitment (time or Money) is more than you can give, then give one of us a call, or let’s meet up to discuss.

This will be well worth your time as we plan to unplug and spend time really assessing what we believe and what we are called to do on this messed up planet!  No hand-holding.  No Kum-ba-yah….Promise (In fact, we plan on shooting guns and blowing things up in our spare time)! We do ask that you purchase and read the book, “Wild at Heart” by John Eldredge prior to the gathering.
