WOW! – Women of the Word
WOW is the women’s group at FPC where we build relationships withour fellow sisters in Christ. WOW has two different groups, one meeting on Wednesday and the other on Thursday. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, this fellowship group is for knitters, crocheters, and sewers. Invite your friends and neighbors for an evening of fun, while making something to benefit a charitable cause. We meet every other Monday in the Mornhinweg Center from 7:00 – 8:15 pm. Tea For Two
This is an exciting ladies ministry to encourage and equip women and young ladies to live a life of holiness. We will bridge the gap between the ages through studies of God’s word and fun Christ-centered activities, sharing our experiences and learning about God’s awesome love in our beautiful community. Ladies Lunch Bunch
Women young and old are invited to this monthly gathering. This is an opportunity for you to connect with friends outside of the church setting. We meet for lunch every first Tuesday of the month. Come for the food and stick around to pal around for as long as you like. Friends and family members are always welcome. All women members of FPC are considered members of Women’s Ministries. Through the years, Women’s Ministries has been the backbone of the volunteer program at FPC. Committees and groups under the WM umbrella are the Altar Guild, Dorcas Outreach, and Bereavement Meals. Committees within WM take turns hosting the Women’s Ministries quarterly meetings. Women’s Bible Study
The Women’s Bible Study is a diverse group of women of all ages and denominations. We study various books of the Bible and are guided by Kaye Polston, who has been a Bible study leader for 12 years. Kaye encourages questions, discussion and prayer. This group meets every Tuesday morning at 10am, taking breaks for summer and holidays.
